About Michael

Michael DeLuca's career did not start in the real estate or construction field, but rather in Law Enforcement in Pennsylvania. He has a BS in Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University. Along with being a decorated law enforcement officer, he is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Michael’s career path took a change in 2005 when he began working as a Project Manager for a national builder in Howard County, Maryland. Over the course of 5 years, he managed the construction of several hundred single family, townhome and condo communities throughout Howard County. He earned recognition as the Rookie of the Year, Distinguished Builder and multiple construction volume awards. In 2009, he created his own remodeling and construction business, Caliber Home Restoration. In 2014, he became the sole proprietor of what is now MD Remodeling and Real Estate LLC, and completed his real estate licensing course. He has a multi-pronged business with a custom remodeling portion, as well he is a listing and buyer agent for his real estate clients. 

Michael’s Real Estate and Construction businesses continue to thrive in Maryland. He relocated to Coastal GA with his wife and daughter in 2025, where he will continue to service real estate clients throughout the Golden Isles of Coastal GA, Brunswick, St. Mary’s and selectively in the Savannah Area.

While not servicing his real estate and construction clients, Michael spends his time with his wife following their daughter who plays D1 Women’s Lacrosse at Clemson University as well as enjoying anything to do with the outdoors.
